Eden Hills is a quaint, traditional neighborhood in the heart of Eden, Utah. Located just off River Drive, Eden Hills is within minutes of downtown Eden. In addition, this neighborhood is a ten-minute drive of Nordic Valley Ski Resort and within 30 minutes of both Powder Mountain Winter Resort and Snowbasin Ski Resort. Furthermore, a public boat launch at nearby Pineview Reservoir is just a few miles south on Highway 158. Lots in Eden Hills enjoy views of the Mountains around Monte Christo to the east and the Wasatch Mountains to the west.

With a little more than 80 lots, Eden Hills is a decently sized neighborhood. Most lots are under a half an acre in size. Eden Hills is mostly built out; many lots have been purchased and have homes constructed. A few vacant lots do still remain. Lots in the southeastern portion of the neighborhood share at least one border with common area or open space.

All infrastructures are in place in Eden Hills. This includes gas, power, water, sewer, phone, and internet. Roads in this neighborhood are public and are therefore maintained by Weber County. This includes snow removal.
