Private Skiing
Mary’s, Village, and Raintree are resident-only lifts that give private-side homeowners access to 3,000 private acres, as well as newly acquired Davenport, resident-only terrain that is accessible by cat. Residents have no bounds, as Powder Haven homeowners also have access to 5,000 public skiable acres and public lifts. With 141 runs, and over 360”+ of annual snowfall, there’s no cap on stashes of powder.
Member Amenities
On top of epic pockets of powder, Powder Haven residents currently enjoy the Sky Lodge, a 5,500 sq. ft. event center with panoramic views, two rotundas, a dining room that can seat 80, a bar, and fully equipped kitchen. More features have been announced for the private-ski community including a club house, to be built with an ETA of 2027, 5+ private lifts, a monumental spa, and lake house.
Land Art Park
Powder Mountain is set to become a year-round art destination. As possibly one of the biggest land art investments ever, Powder Mountain has a vision to “deeply embed the artwork into the land”, according to art curator Matthew Thompson.
The mountain already features several land art works including "Relay", the magic carpet art installation by artist duo Gerard & Kelly, Griffin Loop's "Paper Airplane", that is bike-able in the summer, and has recently acquired a James Turrell “light space”, Apani, that was originally shown at the 2011 Venice Biennale.
Other renowned artists offering works for the land park may include Nancy, Holt, Jenny Holzer, and Paul McCarthy.

Shelter Hill
In Phase 1, the Shelter Hill neighborhood offers 39 homesites that have been intentionally sited to maximize views, allow for walking distance to the new Village Lodge, slated to open for the 2027/28 ski season, and of course, boast ski in ski out access.
