The Summit at Ski Lake in Huntsville, Utah, is one of the most established luxury home communities in Ogden Valley. Situated on the slopes south Huntsville, the Summit at Ski Lake overlooks Pineview Reservoir and is located within a few minutes of Snowbasin Ski Resort. This Huntsville neighborhood is located centrally between downtown Huntsville and the mouth of Ogden Canyon with an easy 15 minute drive to Ogden.
All home sites are approximately an acre in size in the original Summit with Summit II offering larger lots up to 3 acres. The new lots do require geotechnical studies and in some cases stabilization for the foundation.
