Ogden Trails Shin-Dig Fundraiser

On the evening of Thursday, May 2^nd, 2013, the Ogden Trails Network will present the Ogden Trails Shin-Dig Fundraiser, a fantastic cause that benefits the beautiful trail networks around Ogden. The Fundraiser will be held at The Front Climbing Gym in downtown Ogden, Utah.

The Ogden Trails Network is an organization of community volunteers that was founded in 1993 with the purpose of providing a "world class trail system in the city of Ogden, Utah,"according to its Facebook page. The Ogden Trails Network maintains more than a half a dozen trails around Ogden. The Front Climbing Gym is one of the Ogden Trails Network's strategic partners and host of the Ogden Trails Shin-Dig Fundraiser.

For a donation/entrance fee of $10 per person, you will receive access to The Front's climbing areas, admission to four outdoor clinics, refreshments, and the opportunity to participate in the raffle and silent auction. More than $2,000 worth of outdoor gear will be raffled off to guests who pay the $10 donation. The Ogden Trails Network and The Front Climbing Gym will sell another $2,000 worth of gear in a silent auction. Some of the equipment that will be available includes a Scott mountain bike, a 9:ZERO:7 bike frame, and much more.

In addition, the Ogden Trails Network will also present its Adopt-a-Trails Program at the Ogden Trails Shin-Dig Fundraiser. With this program, Fundraiser guests will have the opportunity to "adopt" a trail by volunteering to help the Ogden Trails Network care for and maintain the trails around Ogden.

The Ogden Trails Shin-Dig Fundraiser begins at 6:00 pm and runs until 8:30 pm on Thursday evening. Again, admission is $10, and all proceeds from admission - plus money earned from the silent auction - will be used to support the "maintenance and improvements of the Ogden trail systems." The Front Climbing Gym is located at 225 20^th Street in downtown Ogden, Utah.

Bring your family out to The Front Climbing Gym on Thursday night and support a great cause. The Ogden Trails Network goes above and beyond to care for the gorgeous trails in the Ogden area, and they always appreciate more help. You can count on seeing us there!
